I’m Stacie Banks, Ed.D., an education leader and consultant with over 20 years of K–12 experience. I partner with schools and districts to turn complex data into clear strategies that drive meaningful change. Over the course of my career, I’ve served as a teacher, principal, and district leader, leading cross-functional teams, implementing new technology systems, and training hundreds of educators on assessment, curriculum, instruction, and literacy. I’ve presented at state and national conferences on assessment, curriculum, and organizational change.
Throughout these roles, I saw the same challenge again and again: schools had plenty of data, but struggled to turn it into action. Reports piled up, dashboards got built, but strategies didn’t shift and change didn't last. That’s why I started Knowledge Banks - to bridge the gap between research, information, and impact.
My work focuses on:
Turning raw data into clear insights that inform decisions
Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter most for student success
Building systems to track progress and measure impact over time
Designing strategies that integrate seamlessly with existing tools and routines
Developing educator and leader capacity through coaching and professional learning
I believe data should empower educators, not overwhelm them. Every number has a story—and when schools know how to use that story, they can unlock new levels of student success.
